KNOWN ISSUES:
- The volume is a bit on the loud side. There's no volume slider unfortunately! Please be prepared to adjust your volume.
- Map elements do not update until you step on them. They should, however, still function properly
- The opening cutscene will not play again after your first time viewing it. This is a feature! (It was easier to implement than a skip button) You can see it again in the Help menu by clicking the "Play Intro" button.
- The game's a bit on the easy side. Well! Something to fix in the post-jam update!

Short but fun. Also with 5 die, you kinda auto win...boring BUT being this is a Game Jam, it's to be expected. Overall fun
HAhahah!
Finally got to play this! ^^
It was so much fun! ^^
Looved the cute visuals, the cool mucic choices, and the funny dialogues! ^^
Also... realized pretty soon in the game you can actually sort of pick the numbers you want for the dices, deciding which moment to grab them from the top, putting them carefully on the table and, if necessary, using one dice to move the other! XD
Either way... that was quite the fun game!
I am pretty impressed that you did it in only 24 hours!
The dialogue in this is just fantastic
That was cute! I felt very unclear about how the combat worked though--some prompts would be nice, especially for the first battle. It would also be nice if Lucky said something like, "wow it's hot, my wood dice might be unreliable" when the weather changes, so players get more of a clue what the dice loadout might mean.
Lastly, the actual dice rolling wasn't super fun to control, something like a button or a virtual dice tower could make it a little nicer. Still, for a game jam game this was pretty cool!
Imma be honest: we made the dice rolling janky on purpose because we thought it was funny. (Okay, it was supposed to be a LITTLE more elegant than it turned out, but there's only so much you can refine in 48 hours when you're determined to shove as much into a single game as you possibly can)
Since we didn't have a lot of time to tutorialize everything, we were trying to make it into a kind of sandbox where you discover mechanics. For instance: it is possible to throw a die at the enemy to hurt them. (You kinda have to REALLY heave it). It's not mentioned in the tutorial screen I don't think.
